Common questions

Where is my data?

Only on your iPhone. Calmstep has no account and no server. Your iPhone's own backup includes it; deleting the app deletes it.

How do I cancel Calmstep Plus?

In Calmstep, open Settings (the person icon, top right) and tap Manage subscription. Or in iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.

I bought Plus but it isn't showing.

Open Settings in Calmstep and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Reminders don't arrive.

Check that notifications are on for Calmstep in iPhone Settings → Notifications, and that a Focus mode isn't silencing them.

App blocking isn't blocking.

App blocking is part of Plus and uses Screen Time. Turn it on in the Focus tab's setup, allow Screen Time when asked, and choose at least one app. Blocking only applies while a session is running.

Does Calmstep diagnose or treat ADHD?

No. It's a planning and focus tool, not a medical treatment.
